Led right-of-way acquisition and surface coordination for a major upstream operator’s near-term development in East Texas. Scope included securing access rights, sourcing and permitting water, coordinating construction laydown yards, frac ponds, and other critical surface-use needs to expedite drilling timelines. Delivered under aggressive development schedules with a focus on cost-effective, landowner-friendly solutions.

Large-Scale Pipeline ROW Management – Public Utility

Served as project manager for two new-build, large-diameter pipeline projects totaling over 200 miles of right of way across multiple counties. Managed all aspects of ROW acquisition from title and survey coordination to negotiations and, where necessary, condemnation support. Oversaw stakeholder relations with hundreds of landowners and successfully delivered route clearance in line with regulatory and construction milestones.

Full-Service Midstream ROW Support

Provided comprehensive right of way services for a growing midstream energy company. Managed end-to-end tasks including title research, easement negotiation, permitting, and landowner engagement. Supported multiple pipeline projects across rural and semi-urban areas, ensuring timely and compliant execution while maintaining strong relationships with landowners and local agencies.

Electric Transmission ROW Acquisition – Power Infrastructure

Led acquisition of high-voltage transmission corridor right of way to support regional electrical grid expansion. Coordinated with engineering, environmental, and legal teams to facilitate acquisition of parcels in developing areas. Prioritized route efficiency, permitting requirements, and proactive landowner communication to enable timely construction starts.

Distribution ROW Program Management – Electric Utility

Acted as ROW project manager and lead acquisition firm for the build-out of new electric distribution infrastructure across multiple service areas. Oversaw coordination with local governments, utilities, and property owners to secure rights for poles, lines, and substation access, supporting system resiliency and growth in expanding communities.

Public Sector ROW Acquisition – State Transportation Projects

Licensed through the Texas Department of Transportation’s ROWAPS program, provided right of way acquisition services for transportation improvement projects across Texas. Worked on over 200 parcels, including highway expansions and safety upgrades. Managed relocation coordination, appraisals, negotiations, and eminent domain support in compliance with Uniform Act and TxDOT procedures.
