Josh Fears has over 10 years of experience within the oil & gas and real estate industries, with a particular focus on asset acquisitions & divestitures (“A&D”) and business development.

Prior to joining the RLand Advisors team, Mr. Fears managed various real estate and oil & gas portfolios for a variety of US-based companies and international organizations, including OneMap Minerals (Houston), Zavanna, LLC (Denver) and the New Zealand Earthquake Commission (Wellington, NZ).

Mr. Fears has developed a strategic level of expertise in large-scale mineral interest transactions, with his most recent successful capital placement being $300MM within the Permian Basin. Mr. Fears maintains relationships in multiple jurisdictions and is uniquely qualified to aid in matters related to property valuations, market intelligence, land economics, and property due diligence.
